Psychotherapy and Counselling in Earls Court

We have all been experiencing new ways of living and being since Covid 19 made its appearance in the world. At the West London Practice we combine online sessions with in-person work in order to meet your needs in the best possible way. Our consulting rooms are sanitised between sessions and well ventilated. We also offer telephone sessions.
If you’re feeling anxious or depressed we can help you explore what might be preventing you from living life to the full. We understand that at this time there are many different anxieties, both collective and personal, as a result of the corona virus which may be affecting you deeply. We are a group of registered psychotherapists who offer a calm environment where you can reflect on your situation away from the distractions of everyday life. We specialise in providing emotional support so you can achieve positive and long-lasting changes in your life.

With therapy it’s important to find the right person, so click on ‘Our therapists’ to learn more about us. We understand that reaching out to someone else can be difficult, but do get in touch and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. You can use the Contact Form or get in touch with one of us direct.

The Practice is a two minute walk from Earls Court tube station, (Earls Court Road exit), and there is metered parking nearby.
Feeling safe and heard can help you think about and repair the past and move into the future differently.
