I am an experienced psychotherapist, practicing both within the NHS and privately.

I work with adults (individuals and couples). I also have a specialism in perinatal mental health and work with parents and babies when they are experiencing difficulties impacting their growing relationship.

I hold qualifications in adult psychodynamic psychotherapy (open-ended and a short-term sixteen-week model), systemic family psychotherapy, psychoanalytic parent-infant psychotherapy, EMDR therapy (specifically designed for processing trauma) and reflective parenting.

In an initial meeting, together we would explore what has led you to seek therapy now, some background information and your expectations of therapy. There is no commitment to ongoing work at this point. The main purpose is to help both of us decide if psychotherapy is the right approach for you. If we do start therapy together, we would agree a regular time to meet each week.

I am based at the psychotherapy practice 55 Gower Street, located in Bloomsbury, WC1E 6HJ.

I am a member of UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) and FPC (Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling).
